I typically make my own baby food (I keep promising a post on this, soon I promise :) but occasionally I do like to have some that is already made for those times when I don't get around to homemade food. I especially like to buy premade baby food fruits because they are usually cheaper in the winter.
I was looking around Amazon today and ran across Bella Baby Organic Frozen Baby Food. They had many different varieties and sell for $23.32 for 4 packs of 10 or $.73 each. Not too bad for organic baby food. I also feel that frozen is better then jarred food. It retains more of its natural color, flavor, and vitamins.

These seem great, but how do they ensure they stay frozen during shipping?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteThat is a great question. I have had companies send me frozen food before. It was packed in a Styrofoam cooler with either dry ice or ice packs. Everything was still completely frozen. I would bet this is the way Bella Baby ships as well. Hopefully this helps.
I can confirm they ship in dry ice. It came frozen just fine
