Dillon's: Maranatha Caramel Almond Butter As Low As $2.37

I mentioned this morning that I found Maranatha caramel almond butter marked down at my Dillon's for $4.74. Well, I made it into Wichita this afternoon and stopped by another Dillon's where they had it marked down to just $2.37! That is 75% off!! Make sure to check at your local store to see if they have any left.

Hot Deals at Dillons (Possibly Other Kroger Stores As Well)

Whenever  I am in a grocery store I try to keep my eyes open for mark downs. I was so excited to see these hot dogs on clearance last night. My 3 year old seems to be on a hot dog kick right now, and begs for them daily. I wish he would try more foods, but sometimes you pick your battles. If he wants to eat hot dogs I do my best to by the best quality I can.

Keep an eye out at your Kroger store to see if they have Maranatha caramel almond butter on clearance. I bought a jar and it is SO good!

Love Grown Cereal Coupon Plus Kroger Deal

You can go here to print a coupon good for $1 off any one Love Grown cereal. I bought some of the chocolate version for my kids last week. It was a hit. I was shocked considering the main ingredients are beans. 

The power O's are on sale at Kroger stores for $3.50 this week. Combined with this coupon your total will be only $2.50 per box. This is nearly half the regular price. I regularly see it for around $4.50.

Dillons: How I got 4 Ella's Kitchen Pouches For $.50!

I ran into Dillon's today to get some things and decided to take a look at their clearance section. I was happy to find these Ella's Kitchen fruit and veggie pouches on clearance for $.50 each. I knew I had a $1.50/4 Ella's Kitchen coupon loaded to my Dillon's card so I decided to see if it would work on clearance items. In the past it has not worked.

To my surprise it worked this time!

Dillons Free Friday Download: Free Pure Via Stevia 40ct Box

Sorry to get this up so late. My husband and I share a computer and he has it at work all day. I finally got a chance to get this posted. Hopefully some of you will still be able to get this loaded to your card before midnight.

Every Friday Kroger stores and affiliates, Dillons if you live in my neighborhood, offers a free item to download to your card. This week happens to be a great one if you are into a whole foods, clean eating diet.

When you go to Kroger you can click to add a FREE box of Pure Via stevia 40 ct.  Once you have the coupon loaded to your card the price of the stevia will automatically come off your total when you buy it at the store.

I looked at it quickly and it claims to be all natural and GMO free. I have been thinking about trying stevia so this will be a great way to try it out without spending any money.

HOT!! Closeout Deals At Dillons (Possibly Other Koger Stores)

This afternoon I needed to run to Dillons to get index cards. I ended up coming home with a whole lot more then just index cards. I happened to take a quick spin through the natural foods section to see if they had anything on clearance. Boy was I in for a treat. I saw some things on clearance in the frozen section and then everywhere I turned I saw more! Needless to say I had to go back to the front of the store to get a cart...you know for my index cards ;)

I am going to bet that these items are also going to be on closeout at other Dillons around town. Possibly at other Kroger stores as well. If anyone finds these deals elsewhere make sure to come back and leave a comment so others can get in on this. 

I have to say that I get really excited when I find good deals on healthy food since I live in a small town and our options are quite limited.

These are a GREAT deal. One of my children is on a gluten free diet and his food can be very expensive. He loves the Amy's sonoma burgers, but at $5.29 for 4 I only buy then occasionally. He will be excited to get to take these in his lunches next week. 

I thought these would be fun for my husband and I to try since we love spicy foods. This price makes each veggie burger only $.57 each! We don't eat a lot of meat at our house so I am always on the lookout for quality plant based protein. 

I splurged on a couple of these for family movie night this weekend. 

Some of the Luvo products are half price! If you like Kashi make sure to check out the cereal.

 I was a little sad that they were out of these. My kids would have loved it. 

I am not sure how I am going to feel about this flavor of granola bar, but for the price it was worth buying a box. If nothing else my 5 year old will eat them. She is easy to please. 

If you are in the market for some good quality supplements make sure to check out the simple truth brand that is on clearance. 

This is an INCREDIBLE deal! I bought 5 boxes so I would have quick snacks to toss in lunch boxes.

I may have squealed a bit when I saw this price. As I mentioned we have one child on a glluten free diet and I hate to pay the price for his pasta. I ended up clearing the shelf on this item. I try not to do that so others can benefit, but not this time. 

These could be fun.

We love Almond Breeze, but I am not sure I could do honey flavored. If you think this would work for you this is a great price. 

This is an item I would have bought. Too bad they were out. Maybe you will have luck in another store.

Not a bad price for soy milk.

Still a bit pricey for me, but might make a nice treat for lunch boxes.

These fig bars were half off. They were all sold out at my store, but again maybe someone else will have some luck finding them.

Zulka GMO Free All Natural Sugar $.57 A Pound

I was looking around the baking section at my local Dillons when I ran across a new brand of sugar I had not seen before. I was excited to see that Zulka sugar is GMO free and only contains pure evaporated cane sugar. Although, it does not say it is organic I am happy to buy it due to the price and the fact that it is GMO free. The 4 pound bag is only $2.29! You might check around to see if your Dillons carries this brand. It not I bet you could request it. The price is much higher on Amazon.

My Whole Foods and Dillons Shopping Trips

I decided to try couponing for the first time at Whole Foods today. I was very pleased with how nice the cashier was. She even had to have a manager come over and help her manually enter a few coupons. Even the manager was nice. The cashier gave me some tips on watching for sales to get some good deals later.

I had to shop with 3 of my children so I had trouble concentrating on what I needed to be doing. It is not easy to keep track of what coupon goes with what when you are trying to keep track of a 2 year old who refuses to stay in the cart. Thankfully my mom needed to shop at Whole Foods as well so she came and took 2 kiddos so I could finish.

I still think I did not do as well as I could have. I think my total was a bit higher then it should have been. I checked my receipt when I got home and I think a couple of coupons did not get scanned. I also found one in my purse that I forgot to use. The other thing that made my total higher then I planned was that I ended up buying 4 packages of gluten free pasta since we found it on sale for $2 a package.

The final reason I did not do as well as planned was because they were either out of several items I wanted to buy or they did not carry them.
