Menu Plan

It has been a very busy week and an even busier week. We have had a plumbing problem so I have not been able to do dishes or laundry all weekend. Add on top of that my trip to Yoder and my son's 2nd birthday I am beat. This weeks menu will be using some things I have in the freezer and will be quite simple.

I promise I will try to get to some more interesting post this week.

raw cheese, tomatoes, eggs, and oranges
cereal and fruit
bakes oatmeal
pumpkin pancakes

Turkey sandwiches, fruits and veggies
PB & J rolls, fruit
Bean and cheese burritos with homemade tortillas
All natural hot dogs from our local beef market

Homemade pizza from freezer
Veggie soup from freezer
Cornbread, chicken and rice in crockpot
Calzones (Make extra and freeze)
Beans, rice, beef and veggies
Beef burritos

I am not sure this was worth posting as boring as it is. I am planning to join Money Saving Mom in a cook ahead and freeze day sometime this week. Check out her sight and join in the fun. I have found that cooking ahead saves a lot of time and money.

  1. Your blog title caught my eye on Menu Plan Monday today so I thought I would stop by and say hello~ We do mostly organic/natural eating as well and I have really been trying to do it on a budget. I did create a pretty good list of printable coupons, you should check it out :)
