Menu Plan For January 25-31

Here is this weeks menu plan. We are trying to introduce our children to a bigger variety of vegetables. So far they have all at least been willing to try a bite of everything. We have one of our girls who will eat anything. She is great at encouraging the others to give things a try...and no she is not the oldest. She is number 3.

I took a lot of inspiration for this meal plan from Laura at Heavenly Homemakers. I recently purchased her e-book, 1-2-3 Meal Planning and have really been enjoying it. I also bought her Build Your Own Meal Planning Notebook. It has been fun to use many of the printables from this book to customize my own notebook. You should check out all of Laura's books.
